In the interest of public safety and the welfare of the Defendant, the Court finds clear and convincing evidence that
the above named Defendant represents a substantial risk of harm to themselves and others and does hereby order the
following blood tests:

The Defendant shall provide a blood sample to be taken by Cincinnati Medical Laboratory, and after testing, the
results shall be provided to the Hamilton County Justice Center Health Services Department, which shall be in
custodial care of said results until such time as required by the Court.
