If you are found guilty of contempt for failure to pay support or to provide specific parenting time/ visitation or for interference with a Parenting time/ visitation order, the following maximum penalties may be imposed: First offense: A fine of not more than Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars, a definite term of imprisonment of not more than thirty days in jail, or both; Second offense: A fine of not more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, a definite term of imprisonment of not more than sixty days in jail, or both; Third or subsequent offense: A fine of not more than One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars, a definite term of imprisonment of not more than ninety days in jail, or both. If CSEA suspended your driver's licensed pursuant to Ohio Revised Code section 3123.54, the Court may grant limited driving privileges under section 4510.021 of the Revised Code pursuant to your request if you provide a recent noncertified copy of a driver's abstract from the registrar of motor vehicles.
