(RESTRAINING ORDERS)
This case comes before the Court upon the filing of a divorce complaint by the Plaintiff. The
Court hereby issues its restraining order as to the parties’ assets and financial accounts.
THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS, ADJUDGES AND DECREES that Plaintiff and
Defendant be and hereby are restrained and enjoined from selling, transferring, giving away,
consuming, concealing, removing, disposing of, assigning, mortgaging, encumbering, or in any other
manner alienating or disposing of any of the joint or separate properties of the parties, whether
personal or real, tangible or intangible, and either directly or indirectly, whether titled in their
separate names or jointly with each other, or jointly with any other person or entity, EXCEPT THAT
ANY PERSONAL CHECKING ACCOUNT(S) ARE NOT SUBJECT TO RESTRAINT.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff and Defendant be
and hereby are restrained and enjoined from withdrawing, assigning, pledging, transferring,
disposing of, concealing, removing, encumbering, alienating, giving away, consuming, or in any
other manner disposing of any motor vehicles, monies, certificates of deposit, stocks, bonds, and
other investments, credits, interests, savings accounts, safety deposit boxes, interest in any life
insurance policy, interest in any retirement, profit sharing or pension benefits, 401(K) plans, or any
other interest in any property, whether real or personal, tangible or intangible, directly or indirectly,
held by him in his name, either separately or jointly with any other individual or entity.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff and Defendant be
and hereby are restrained and enjoined from removing, moving, selling, disposing of, damaging,

encumbering, and/or interfering in any way with the furniture and miscellaneous personal effects
located in the marital residence.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that nothing in this Order shall
prevent an ongoing business from operating in its usual and customary manner. Plaintiff and
Defendant are hereby restrained and enjoined from selling or mortgaging assets or incurring debt in
any business they own or operate when said sale, mortgage, or debt are not the product of the usual
and customary operation of the business.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that pursuant to O.R.C.
Section 3105.71, the present health insurance coverage on the parties and dependent(s) shall not be
canceled or otherwise terminated.
Motions to be reheard within twenty-eight (28) days of the filing date of the objections to
these Orders.
