WALTHER IN THE MATTER OF THE GUARDIANSHIP OF ___________________________________ CASE NO. __________________________ ENTRY DISPENSING WITH APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN AND ORDERING DEPOSIT Upon hearing the application to dispense with the appointment of a guardian, the Court finds the above-named person to be a minor whose estate is Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or less, and that a guardianship is not necessary. Therefore, the Court dispenses with the appointment of a guardian and orders the estate of the minor currently in the possession of __________________________________________________________________ in the sum of $______________________________________ dollars to be deposited in the name of the above minor, with _____________________________________________________, a depository authorized to receive fiduciary funds. The above depository shall file the Verification of Receipt and Deposit with this Court, evidencing that the deposit has been made, within ten days after receipt of the funds.
