Pursuant to O.R.C. 2113.64 and 2113.65, the Court finds that said monies shall be turned into the Treasurer of Lucas County, Ohio and credited to the General Fund. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed, that the above-referenced monies be turned into the Treasurer of Lucas County, Ohio and credited to the General Fund, without liability for interest thereon in accordance with O.R.C. 2113.64 and 2113.65.
