Cegan or Robert Rimedio, employees of the Mahoning County Auditor222s Office, who are also duly appointed Special Deputy Clerks of this Court with limited authority to audit safe deposit boxes, are Ordered to forthwith inventory the contents of a certain Safe Deposit Box, No. , with the above identified Depository, , located at the office, standing in the name of the within Decedent who died a resident of Mahoning County, Ohio. The Clerk shall thoroughly inspect and accurately inventory the contents thereof in the presence of the Applicant and/or Counsel and shall return and file a written inventory with the Court.
