PROBATE COURT OF SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO GUARDIANSHIP OF_____________________________________________________ CASE NO.___________________ JUDGMENT ORDER TO TERMINATE GUARDIANSHIP OF ESTATE Upon the motion of the Guardian to terminate the guardianship of the estate, the Court finds that the ward's estate is presently ____________________ and therefore pursuant to R.C. 2111.05, the guardianship of the estate is hereby terminated. The Court further finds that the remaining funds shall be paid to _______________________ as custodian to be used solely for the ward's benefit.
