PROBATE COURT OF SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO ELINORE MARSH STORMER, JUDGE ESTATE OF CASE NO. , DECEASED ORDER RELIEVING ESTATE FROM ADMINISTRATION (SHORT FORM) Upon the Application to Relieve Decedent's Estate from Administration, the Court finds that: 1. Date of death and domicile are true as stated in the Application. 2. Notice to interested parties was dispensed with by the Court as unnecessary or all parties have agreed to the distribution; 3. Evidence of a paid funeral bill has been exhibited; 4. The value of the estate is Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00) or less; 5. The decedent's creditors will not be prejudiced by these proceedings.
