Both parties were present in Court. Neither party was represented by legal counsel. Upon consideration of the testimony, the Court makes the following Orders: Findings of Fact 1. At least one of the parties was a resident of the State of Ohio for not less than six months and a resident of Tuscarawas County for at least 90 days immediately prior to filing this Petition. This matter was heard not less than 30 nor more than 90 days after the filing of the Petition. The parties were married on __________________________________, at _______________________________ and no minor children have been born or adopted during this marriage and are currently under the age of 19. The parties have voluntarily entered into and executed a Separation Agreement, which provides for the division of their property, payment of all debts, and spousal support, where applicable. A Dissolution of Marriage is granted upon the Petition of the parties, and the marital relationship between the parties is terminated. The Separation Agreement is found to be fair and equitable and is approved and incorporated as part of this Decree of Dissolution.
