SEX OFFENDER RULES OF PROBATION

The undersigned (hereinafter Probationer) does hereby acknowledge that he/she, during the continuance of his/her
probation, shall observe and comply with the terms and conditions set forth below:

Probationer shall engage, actively participate, cooperate and reasonably progress in sex offender specific treatment as may be
ordered and/or approved by the Warren County Juvenile Court or the Warren County Juvenile Court Probation Department,
including, but not limited to, compliance with all rules, regulations, treatment contracts and recommendations of treatment
providers.
Probationer shall not view or possess any pornographic or sexually explicit material or things that are primarily used for sexual
purposes. “Pornographic material, sexually explicit material, or things that are primarily used for sexual purposes” include
printed materials, whether text or pictures, video tapes, DVDs, films, internet websites and other similar materials viewed/read
via computer. Parents/guardians/custodians possessing any of the aforementioned material, shall prevent the Probationer’s
access or exposure to such material by all reasonable means, including, removing the materials from the premises and/or
securing the items in such manner that they may not be accessible to Probationer. Probationer shall not view or possess any
material or thing in any instance in which Probationer or Probationer’s parent, guardian or custodian is uncertain as to the
nature of materials as pornographic, sexually explicit, or as a thing that is primarily used for sexual purposes unless the Court or
Probation Officer authorized Probationer to view or possess such material or thing.
Probationer shall not have contact/communication, direct or indirect, with the victim of the offense unless approved by
Probation Officer and then only to the extent and subject to such terms and conditions as may be approved by Probation Officer.
“Contact/communication, direct or indirect” as used herein means all forms and means of contact and communication,
including, without limitation, in person by word or gesture, by telephone, by email, by written correspondence or any of the
foregoing by and through another person.
Probationer shall submit to polygraphs as directed by the Probation Officer and/or the Court and answer truthfully all questions
posed to Probationer in the course of such polygraph examination. Unless the Court otherwise allocates the cost of the
polygraph examination, the Probationer shall be responsible for such cost. Payment is generally required at the time of the
polygraph examination.
Probationer shall not engage in boyfriend/girlfriend relationships or engage in any sexual conduct/contact without approval of
the Probation Officer.
Probationer shall not patronize any adult oriented business. An “adult oriented business” includes but is not limited to adult
bookstores and strip clubs. If Probationer is unsure if a business is an adult oriented business, then Probationer shall seek
guidance from the Probation Officer.
Probationer shall not be in the presence of peer aged or younger children unless supervised (line-of-sight) by an adult approved
by the Probation Officer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Probationer may attend school, engage in extracurricular activities
and engage in employment without line of sight supervision of the adult but subject to disclosure of pertinent information
regarding Probationer and his/her sexual offending conduct to the employer and/or school building principal, as applicable, and
such other persons as deemed appropriate by treatment staff and probation officer as may be necessary to accommodate school
and community safety. The employer and school building principal shall have discretion to make further disclosure of such
information as he/she may determine is necessary to accommodate school and community security.
Probationer shall cooperate with and be subject to such supervision as may, from time to time be designated by Probation
Officer as is consistent with Probationer’s treatment progress.
Probationer may not reside at premises where child care (babysitting) is provided without prior permission of the Court.

10. In order to be effective, all approvals and authorizations of the Probation Officer that may be required or permitted by these
terms of probation must be in writing, attached as an addendum to these terms of probation and signed by Probation Officer,
Probationer and Probationer’s parent(s), guardian(s) or custodian(s).

We acknowledge the responsibilities we have in encouraging our child to complete his/her probation. If he/she
violates any terms, we agree to report this to the Probation Officer immediately. We further understand, that by
failing to do so, we may be found in contempt of court. Transportation is our responsibility as the parent/guardian.
