An owner may or may not have lived at the property and unless the potential purchaser is informed in writing, the owner has no more information about the property than could be obtained by a careful inspection of the property by a potential purchaser. Unless the potential purchaser is otherwise informed, the owner has not conducted any inspection of generally inaccessible areas of the property.
