HEARING TRANSCRIPT ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Use this procedure only for ordering a transcript of electronically recorded court proceedings (i.e., those
held in Eugene after 1/1/09, or in Portland). For a transcript of any court proceedings not electronically
recorded, contact the court reporter. For a transcript or recording of a meeting of creditors, contact the office
of the U.S. Trustee.
2. Submit the transcript order directly to any of the approved transcriptionists:
