NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT any creditor who has any objection to any provision of the amended plan must personally appear
at the confirmation hearing and present such objections to the court, or file detailed written objections with the court at least
3 business days before that hearing. Filing of a proof of claim rejecting the plan or a motion for relief from the automatic stay
will not be considered as an objection to confirmation.
