ORDER DIRECTING MEDIATION
AND APPOINTING MEDIATOR
The court finds the dispute could possibly be resolved by mediation, and
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. ________________________________________________ is appointed to serve as the mediator, and
________________________________________________ is appointed alternate mediator, in accordance with
this court's current LBR 9019-2 establishing mediation procedures. The provisions of LBR 9019-2(b) apply.
2. The mediator shall immediately forward copies of this order, LBR 9019-2, and any appropriate forms to
the parties.
3. The parties are directed to comply with all provisions of this court's LBR 9019-2. No documents in this
matter, other than the mediator's final report, shall be filed with the court.
