IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:

accordance with this court's current LBR 9019-2 establishing mediation procedures.
2. The mediator shall immediately forward copies of this order, LBR 9019-2, and any appropriate forms to the
parties.
3. The parties are directed to comply with all provisions of this court's LBR 9019-2. No documents in this
matter, other than the mediator's final report, shall be filed with the court.
