TO BOTH PARENTS: You must contact the Mediation Program within seven (7) days from the date this Order was signed by the judge. You shall contact the Deschutes County Mental Health Department Mediation Program at (541) 385-1719 to schedule a Mediation Orientation appointment or you may contact a private/independent mediator which you both agree to use. Inform the mediator about any Restraining Order and/or any personal safety concerns you may have. If you select a private/independent mediator, you shall directly contract with the private/independent mediator and be responsible for payment of any fees for mediation service. The parties shall make every effort possible to resolve custody and parenting time issues before the next pretrial conference.
