Statement of Points and Authorities
ORS 14.110(1)(c) provides that the court, in its discretion, may change the place of trial "when the
convenience of witnesses and the parties would be promoted by such change." Praegitzer Industries v. Rollins
Burdick Hunter, 129 Or App 628, 880 P2d 479 (1994).
