The court has renewed (continued) the parts of the order(s) that protected the former protected child. The court has found that the former protected child, who is now 18, reasonably fears further acts of abuse by you if the order is not renewed. The order becomes effective immediately. A request for a hearing must be made within 30 days after you receive the order. You must include your address and telephone number with your request for a hearing. The hearing will be held within 21 days. At the hearing, a judge will decide whether the order should be renewed.
