The Petitioner Respondent shall submit confidential information to the court which shall remain sealed and which may not be disclosed to another party or to the public unless the court orders the disclosure after a hearing in which the court takes into consideration the health, liberty, or safety of the party or child and determines that disclosure is in the interest of justice.  Based upon the Petitioner’s Respondent’s request, personal service requirements are waived during the pendency of this proceeding (until a final decision is issued in this case.)
