INSTRUCTIONS
1. AMUSEMENT PERMIT
An Amusement Permit must be obtained by all retail licensees, except clubs, when entertainment is furnished, such as dancing,
floor shows, motion picture exhibitions, or theatricals. Television devices, audio/video playback devices, radio, instrumental music,
games or events/tournaments/contests DO NOT require an Amusement Permit.
The fee for a new permit is one-fifth the annual retail license fee; for transfer of an existing permit is $10.00.
The hours for entertainment are limited to the hours during which the sale of alcoholic beverages is legal.
2. SUNDAY SALES PERMIT
A fee of $300.00 is required for a Sunday Sales Permit. Licensees may sell liquor and malt or brewed beverages on Sunday between
the hours of 11:00 AM and 2:00 AM. A licensee may sell on Sunday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM provided the
licensee offers a meal beginning at 9:00 AM.
3. EXTENDED HOURS FOOD LICENSE
A fee of $50.00 is required for an Extended Hours Food License.
The holder of such license may serve food until 7:00 AM, of any day.
If a licensee DOES NOT possess an Extended Hours Food License, all patrons are required to leave the premises habitually used
for the serving of liquor or malt or brewed beverages to guests or patrons, not later than one-half hour after the time the licensee is
required to cease serving alcoholic beverages. Patrons shall not be permitted to have any previously served alcoholic beverages in
their possession, nor shall they be permitted to remove any previously served alcoholic beverages from that part of the premises.
Fees made payable to "PLCB" or "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania."
