Sponsor certifies that each activity meets the criteria set forth by the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission Regulation 6.03 and Appendix A. 6. At the conclusion of an approved program or activity, each participating attorney should be given the opportunity to complete an evaluation form addressing the quality, effectiveness, and usefulness of the program or activity. 7. It shall be the responsibility of each sponsor to make available to attorneys desiring continuing legal education credits in Rhode Island, a certificate or letter documenting the attorney’s attendance. The individual attorney shall be responsible for returning the certificate directly to the Commission office upon accrual of all then hours required. 8. Sponsor acknowledges the failure to adhere to this agreement is grounds for revocation of the status of accredit sponsor. 9. All applications for status of accredited sponsor must be accompanied by a check for $125 (covers three or more credit hours sponsored annually).
