United States District Court for the District of South Carolina ECF PRO HAC VICE ATTORNEY REGISTRATION FORM This form is for use by attorneys who were admitted to appear pro hac vice in this court prior to the start date of the Electronic Case Filing System (ECF System ) who desire to become Pro Hac Vice * Participants. Attorneys admitted pro hac vice after the start date of the ECF System are automatically registered as Pro Hac Vice Participants. A Pro Hac Vice Participant, as defined in the ECF Policies and Procedures, is registered to receive Notice of Electronic Filings (NEF ) in the specific case for which they are admitted. To understand the ECF System , read the ECF Policies and Procedures, in conjunction with the Attorney User Manual, both of which are available on the courts website. Pro Hac Vice Participants are entitled to receive electronic service via NEF of all filed documents other than documents for which electronic service is prohibited. Pro hac viceattorneys are not otherwise entitled to service. See Local Civil Rule 83.I.06.
