As provided by Section 22-3-920 of the SC Code of Laws, I apply to the Court for a Change
of the Venue of this case to the nearest adjoining Magistrate within this County. I have filed with the
Magistrate Court an Affidavit setting forth the reasons why I believe I cannot obtain a fair trial before
the Court in which this case is filed. I request that this case file be transferred to the nearest adjoining
Magistrate Court within this County for disposition.
