Pursuant to Interim Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 1007(b)(8), I certify
under penalty of perjury:
(1) I am an individual debtor in a chapter 11, 12, or 13 case;
(2) I am filing this certification on or after the date specified in Interim Federal
Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 1007(c);
(3) I have claimed an exemption under 11 U.S.C. § 522(b)(3)(A) in an amount
in excess of the amount set out in 11 U.S.C. § 522(q)(1) in property of the
kind described in 11 U.S.C. § 522(p)(1);

X in the appropriate space) been found guilty of a felony of the kind
described in 11 U.S.C. § 522(q)(1)(A) and/or found liable for a debt of the
