occurred as required by SDCL 25-10.
3b. This Court FINDS the Petitioner failed to provide sufficient evidence to support, by a preponderance
of the evidence, a finding that “stalking” has occurred as required by SDCL 22-19A; and/or that
physical injury has occurred as required by SDCL 22-1-2(9).
