Comes the Clerk / Clerk and Master of this Court and pursuant to the provisions of T.C.A. §20-12-137 moves the
Court for recovery of all court costs accrued in this cause against the successful party _______________________, and
the sureties upon _______________ cost bond, it appearing of record that such costs cannot be collected from the parties
adjudged to be liable therefor, because:
nulla bona return on execution therefor;
party liable cannot be located after diligent effort; or is deceased;
party liable in bankruptcy;
