This cause came on for further hearing on Motion heretofore filed seeking the recovery of all accrued
court costs from ______________________________ the successful party, pursuant to T.C.A. §20-12-137, it
being alleged that such costs cannot be collected from the party adjudged to be liable therefor for the reason:
