Notice to applicants:
1. Application must be submitted to the Department of Liquor Control at least 15 days prior to the
festival.
2. Applicant must submit invoices of purchases, along with evidence of licensure, ie. Federal Basic
Permit (wine), Brewers Notice (malt) or evidence of licensure if purchase is from a foreign country.
3. Festival Permit will not be issued until applicant has received server training from the Department
of Liquor Control.
