The Probate Court for the District of ______________________ hereby appoints ___________________

RAdministrator of the estate of the deceased
RExecutor of the estate of the deceased
The Inventory and Bond required by 14 V.S.A. § 1901 have been filed with the Court. It appears
to the Court that this Estate is a “Small Estate” as defined by 14 V.S.A. Chapter 81 and no further bond is
required at this time.
You will pay or cause to be paid from the assets of the estate all funeral and burial expenses of
the deceased if they have not been paid, and furnish receipts of payment to this court.
[You will distribute the balance of the estate less proper costs to those entitled to the balance
under 14 V.S.A. Chapter 45.]or
[ The Will has been allowed {without objection} {after hearing and the overruling of all
objections} You will distribute the said balance in accordance with the terms of the Will unless the
spouse has waived the provisions of the Will and then the distribution will be modified as the result of the
Waiver.]
When distribution is made you will file a statement under oath showing the distribution of the
balance.
Note that distribution are subject to claims established under 14 V.S.A. §§ 1201 - 1203.
