Except as otherwise provided, all information required to be filed under Chapter 5 of Title 57 of the Code of Virginia shall
become public records in the Office of the Commissioner, and shall be open to the general public for inspection. You are
required by law to supply this information as a prerequisite to the solicitation of charitable contributions in Virginia. If you
