I understand that, in connection with obtaining documents from the Bankruptcy Court required to be filed with
my FEMA application, I am entitled to a waiver of miscellaneous fees prescribed by the Bankruptcy Court Fee Schedule
promulgated by the Judicial Conference pursuant to 28 U.S.C. sec. 1930(b). This waiver will cover such fees as copying
fees, search fees, and archive retrieval fees. I further understand that the waiver does not apply to the statutory filing fee
prescribed under 28 U.S.C. sec. 1930(a), or the $30.00 administrative fee payable under Item #8 of the Bankruptcy Court
Miscellaneous Fee Schedule.
