DISCOVERY EXCHANGE
Discovery exchange is mandated under LCR 40(3)(3.2), which reads in
part as follows:

TO SUCH PROCEEDINGS, NO LATER THAN FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO THE
SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE, A SETTLEMENT PROPOSAL SETTING FORTH THE TERMS

Income and Child Support (including any reasons for deviation from
schedule amount):
NOTE:

UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, THE COURT WILL ASSUME THE FOLLOWING:
(1)
Each parent shall name the child(ren) as an insured on any policy of health
insurance if available through his/her employment and employer will pay all or
part of the premium for the child(ren); and
(2)
Each party shall be responsible for a prorata share (per child support
schedules) of the extraordinary non-insured health care expenses accrued on
behalf of the child(ren); and
(3)
Child support shall be terminated at age 18 or upon graduation from high
school, whichever is later; and
(4)
The Court shall retain jurisdiction to review the issue of post-secondary
school support; and
(5)
The support obligation will be paid through the Washington State Support
Registry; and
(6)
Child support is due on the 5th and 20th of each month; and
(7)
Each party shall secure his/her support obligation by naming the child(ren) as
primary irrevocable beneficiaries on existing insurance in an amount
sufficient to fund the child support obligation.
