TO INCUR POST PETITION FINANCING
This day come the Debtor(s), by counsel, and the Chapter 13 Trustee, and
represent to the Court that the Chapter 13 Trustee has no objection to the proposed

(where appropriate) IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Debtor(s) shall file a
motion to modify the confirmed Chapter 13 plan within forty-five (45) days of the entry of
this order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall mail a copy of this Order to all
creditors and parties in interest in this case. Any objection to this Order must be filed in
writing with the Clerk, within twenty (21) days of the entry of this Order, and must be
served on the Debtor(s), counsel for the Debtor(s), and the Trustee.
In the event no written objection is timely filed, this Order shall become final on
the 22 day after entry and shall constitute authorization to the Debtor(s) to proceed
with the post-petition financing. In the event that a written objection is timely filed, the
Clerk will schedule a hearing upon notice to the parties.
