ORDERED AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the motion to extend the time within
which to assume or reject ______________________ is hereby granted and such time is extended

of the entry of this order and after hearing on the objection the Court determines relief from the order
is warranted. It is further
ORDERED that counsel for the debtor shall serve, within five (5) days of the entry of this
