You have the right to seek postdisposition or appellate relief in this case.
If you decide to seek postdisposition or appellate relief, you must file a Notice of Intent to Appeal in
accordance with Sec. 809.107, Wis. Stats. Pursuant to Sec. 808.04(7m), Wis. Stats., the Notice of Intent to
Appeal must be filed in the trial court within thirty (30) days of the entry of the order terminating your
parental rights.
