THE COURT FINDS: The petitioner requested the court extend the injunction 1. because the injunction was in effect for less than six months and it is necessary to protect the child victim. When an injunction in effect for less than six months expires, court shall extend the injunction if the petitioner states an extension is necessary to protect the child victim.
