Once the stay is complete, the injunction immediately goes into full effect. Note: Once the injunction is in effect, federal law provides penalties for, and you may be prohibited from possessing, transporting, shipping, receiving, or purchasing a firearm, including, but not limited to, a rifle, shotgun, pistol, revolver, or ammunition, pursuant to 18 U.S.C.
