(6) The minor has a parent who is suitable and willing to resume exercising responsibility for the minor and termination of the guardianship is in the best interest of the minor. (7) The ward died. This request should not be granted for the following reason: should be granted. There is a basis for terminating guardianship of the estate as follows: (1) The ward formerly found incompetent to be no longer incompetent. (2) The ward changed residence from this state to another state and a guardian was appointed in the new state of residence. (3) The minor attained age 18. (4) The minor, whose guardianship was not ordered on the grounds of incompetency, has married. (5) The minor has a parent who is suitable and willing to resume exercising responsibility for the minor and termination of the guardianship is in the best interest of the minor. (6) The ward died. (7) The ward was adopted. (8) The assets of the estate are under $50,000 and the income and assets of the ward shall be disbursed as provided by 24754.64(5), Wis. Stats. (9) Other: THE COURT ORDERS: 1. The Petition is denied and no changes are made to the authority of the guardian of the person estate. 2.
