Comments:
The personal representative must give a ten day notice of proposed
distribution to the court which appointed the guardian of the estate.
The court which appointed the guardian of the estate must certify the
total amount of the guardian’s bond. The court where the decedent’s
estate is pending must approve the distribution and be satisfied with
the total value of the guardian’s bond.
This is only used for wards under Wisconsin guardianships.
