It appearing that the case was referred to the probation service pursuant to section 320.6 of the
Family Court Act for adjustment in accordance with section 308.1 of the Family Court Act; and
It further appearing that the case has been adjusted by the probation service;
NOW therefore, it is hereby
ORDERED, that the petition herein be and the same hereby is dismissed.
PURSUANT TO SECTION 1113 OF THE FAMILY COURT ACT,
AN APPEAL FROM THIS ORDER MUST BE TAKEN WITHIN 30
DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER BY APPELLANT IN COURT,
