If a foreign corporation authorized to transact business in the State of Alaska is party to an organic change permitted by the laws of the home state, the surviving corporation shall, within 30 days file with the Commissioner a certified copy of the Articles of Merger from the home state. If the name, purpose of the corporation has changed, an application for Amended Certificate of Authority must be filed.
