The application shall state the date and hour of the proposed sale, which shall be not less than five nor more than 15 days from the date of filing the application, and shall be accompanied by an inventory of all alcoholic beverages to be sold to each licensee. The District Administrator may grant approval if he is satisfied the stated facts are correct. The applicant shall be given written notice of such approval, which notice he shall present upon request to any peace officer at the time of the sale.The above requirements shall not apply to a licensee whose license is in process of transfer and who, in conjunction with that transfer, sells his stock of alcoholic beverages to the transferee.Permission is hereby granted to sell the stock of alcoholic beverages now held by you. You may sell only to alcoholic beverage licensees authorized to purchase your stock. A copy of this approval shall be presented to any peace officer, upon request, at the time of sale.
