This form is to be used by non-resident applicants for a subdivision public report or out-of-state registration.

a limited liability company duly organized and existing under state laws (Limited Liability Company)
of the State of ______________________ has applied to the Department of Real Estate of the State of California for a subdivision public report or out-of-state registration authorizing the sale or lease of subdivided land identified as ___________

1. In any legal action commenced against Applicant in this State arising out of activities related to the above described
subdivision, if personal service of process cannot be made upon Applicant in the State after due diligence, Applicant
irrevocably consents that service may thereupon be made by delivering the process to the Department of Real Estate of
the State of California.
2. The Department of Real Estate shall forthwith notify Applicant by telegraph of any such process and shall forward to
Applicant by certified mail a copy of the process. The telegraphic notice and the mailing shall be directed to the following address: ____________________________________________________________________________________

3. Applicant further irrevocably consents that a valid service of any order or notice issued by the Real Estate Commissioner of the State of California pursuant to Sections 10086, 11019, or 11283 of the Business and Professions Code may
be made by mailing a copy of such notice or order by registered mail addressed to the Applicant at the address listed in
Paragraph 2 above.
