1. The above-described interests will be sold (or leased) to one person as one parcel.
2. A copy of this public report will be given to the prospective purchaser (or lessee) before applicant demands or

4. The subdivider must comply with the applicable requirements of the Subdivision Map Act and pertinent local
ordinances.
