INSTRUCTIONS
✔ The Planned Construction Statement is to be attached and made part of RE 611 (Bond - Completion of Common
Facilities) or any other form of acceptable financial guaranty. (If other than a bond, submit proposed instrument to DRE
for approval.)
✔ List and describe, in sufficient detail for verification by the Department of Real Estate, the construction features to be
bonded for completion. If the subdivision has multiple common area lots, identify the lots upon which the facilities will
be constructed. If phased, also identify the phase number. Use a separate RE 611A for each phase.
✔ Attach a copy of the overall Project Plot Plan (reduce if necessary), no larger than 11" x 16".
✔ If completion dates for construction are more than one year in the future, add cost increase factor based on your best estimate
to reflect inflationary factors.
✔ If the common facilities are partially completed and only a portion of the construction will require a financial guaranty,
complete the attached Subdivider Statement (RE 611C) and submit with RE 611A.
