IN THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA COUNTY DIVISION , Plaintiff(s) vs. Case No.: Division: "H" , Defendant(s) ____________________________/ STANDARD PIP PRE-TRIAL ORDER THIS CAUSE having come on for Pretrial Conference on ("Pretrial Conference"). The Court having considered the complaint, together with the record, and having heard argument of counsel, it is: ORDERED as follows: 1. Defendant's Response to Complaint. Defendant shall serve its response to Plaintiff's complaint within 20 days of the date of the Pretrial Conference 2. Discovery. Defendant shall serve its response to any discovery by Plaintiff on Defendant comtemporaneous with Plaintiff's complaint within 30 ifdays of the date of the Pretrial Conference. In addition, Plaintiff shall serve its response to any discovery served by defendant on Plaintiff prior to the Pretrial conference within 30 days of the date of the Pre-trial Conference. 3. Application of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. All Rules of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure shall apply in this case. 4. Mediation. The parties are to mediate this case prior to trial. The Mediation Conference shall be conducted pursuant to Chapter 44, Florida Statutesand Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.750. All parties, or their designated American LegalNet, Inc. www.FormsWorkFlow.com representative possessing settlement authority, are required to attend the Mediation Conference in person. The Mediation Conference shall be conducted by a mediator certified by the State and appointed by the Hillsborough County Civil Diversion Program. Any Party's failure to comply with the terms of this Order may result in involuntary dismissal, default judgment or other appropriate sanctions including, without limitation, a monetary assessment as provided by the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
