ADVISORY NOTICE TO MINOR YOU ARE NOTIFIED as follows: All information in your case is confidential. No papers will be sent to your home, and you will not be contacted by this court. Your name will not be on your court papers. Your lawyer and your guardian ad litem (if one is appointed) will receive notices about your case. You may also name someone else to get notices.
