The Conservator shall distribute all assets of the conservatorship as set forth in the Petition for Termination of
Conservatorship.
The Conservator shall execute appropriate instruments to evidence the transfer of title or confirm a distribution
previously made and request a discharge upon approval of the final accounting.
The Conservator shall file a Final Account which provides for expenses of administration and which shall be
offered for allowance pursuant to G.L. c. 190B, ยง5-418(b) within 45 days.
