NEW YORK STATE LIQUOR AUTHORITY
WINERY / FARM WINERY RETAIL WINE TASTING
PERMIT APPLICATION
This application can be used by a winery or farm winery to apply for a permit under Section 76(2)
of the ABC Law to sell wine produced by them, by the bottle during a wine tasting conducted by
the winery or farm winery in an establishment currently licensed under section 64 of the ABC Law
(on premise liquor license).
This is a no fee permit and is approved only for the wine tasting event listed. You may mail your
application to: NYS Liquor Authority, Attn: Licensing Unit, 80 So. Swan Street, Suite 900,
Albany, NY 12210-8002 or fax to (518) 473-2286. Please phone us at (518) 474-3114 with any
questions.
A copy of the APPROVED permit must be available for inspection at the event.
