in the above entitled and numbered cause, and respectfully moves this Court to grant a continuance of
said cause on the ground that the parties are in need of time to adequately pursue mediation in
accordance with the Dispute Resolution Act, 12 O.S. ยง1801 et seq.
As evidenced by the attached Agreement to Mediate, which is fully executed and subscribed, the parties
have consented to the commencement of a dispute resolution proceeding in an attempt to resolve the
